Your Tahoe Day is a specialized event planning company covering Lake Tahoe & Truckee. We love celebrations and want to assist with yours. We take care of the tasks so you don't have to hassle with them. We handle last-minute ‘bumps’ so that your day unfolds smoothly. We tend to the details so you don't have to think about them. Our planning and predictions prior to the event will ensure success on the big day and our organization and coordination during the event will make everything seamless.

About Shawna Lee West
I love taking a vision and transforming it into a reality.
Originally from Oregon, I started in the event world at the Nantucket Yacht Club. We hosted everything from sailing regattas to weddings, elaborate dances to birthday parties. I loved the commotion, the electricity, the glitz, the organization, the details, the fun and the creativity. I immediately found my niche and have been hooked ever since.
I learned that all events are unique and quickly knew that event production was what I wanted to do. From accessories and colors to organization and order, I love it all. I thrive on putting the show together and working behind the scenes to keep it flowing smoothly.
Making my way back to the West coast, I continued with events in San Francisco. Now I'm in Lake Tahoe with the perfect natural backdrop to make every event glow. Let’s talk about yours…
